Sports management giant IMG acquires ISP Sports
Sports management giant IMG is acquiring ISP Sports, which will give it more than 50 Division I college clients. IMG announced the agreement Wednesday. It already had marketing deals with several schools, including Texas and Florida. ISP's clients include Alabama, Duke, Georgia, Notre Dame, UCLA and Virginia Tech. |

Sports club fears over flood risks

A Didsbury sports club is in talks with the Environment Agency over plans to change emergency flood procedures. Players from Toc H rugby club and Burnage Metro football team are worried the new arrangements for the River Mersey could leave their clubhouse under water after heavy rain. |
